Roasted tuna with sesame crust

Ingredients:
- 1 tuna steak (approx. 200g)
- 2 tbsp sesame
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Preparation:
1. Season the tuna with salt and pepper on both sides.2. Spread the sesame on a flat plate and coat the tuna with sesame, covering it all around.3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sear the tuna on both sides for about 1-2 minutes each, until it is still slightly pink on the inside.4. Remove the tuna from the pan and let it drain on a kitchen paper.5. In the meantime, mix the ginger and garlic in a small bowl and stir in soy sauce, lime juice, and spring onions to make a sauce.6. Slice the tuna into thin pieces and serve with the sauce.7. Optionally, the tuna can be served on crisp vegetables or a bed of rice.Nutritional information per 100g:
