Soy sauce
Preparation:
1. Chop the vegetables and set aside.
2. Sear the beef strips in a pan with some oil.
3. Add cashew nuts and briefly fry.
4. Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry everything together until the vegetables are crisp.
5. Season with soy sauce and serve.
