Fish and Chips Recipe
Preparation:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into French fries. Fry in hot oil until crispy. Season with salt.
2. Mix flour and beer for the batter and stir until smooth.
3. Dip the cod in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
4. Cook the peas, drain, and puree. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve the fish and chips with pea puree, lemon wedges, and optionally a sauce.
