Recipe: Potato Rösti with Herb Quark DipIngredients
500g Potatoes
1 Onion
Salt and Pepper
4 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
200g Quark
1 Garlic Clove
1 Bunch of Fresh Herbs (e.g. Parsley, Chives)
Preparation
Potato Rösti
Peel and grate the potatoes. Finely chop the onion.
Mix the potato shreds with the chopped onion and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the potato mixture until crispy Rösti, turning regularly until golden brown.
Herb Quark Dip
Mix the quark with pressed garlic and finely chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking Instructions
Serve the crispy potato Rösti with the fresh herb quark dip and enjoy.
