Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, rosemary, thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
  2. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with olive oil, chopped herbs, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper
  3. Thoroughly rub the chicken thighs with the marinade and let them marinate for about 30 minutes
  4. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until crispy
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs as desired and serve
